John 13:31-32

³¹As soon as Judas left the room, Jesus said, “The time has come for the Son of Man to enter into his glory, and God will be glorified because of him.

³²And since God receives glory because of the Son, he will give his own glory to the Son, and he will do so at once.

John 13 marks a decisive pivot in the Fourth Gospel. Jesus, knowing his hour has come, washes his disciples' feet in an act of shocking humility, then identifies Judas as his betrayer and predicts Peter's denial. The chapter establishes the new commandment of love and models servant
