Numbers 23:18

In Numbers 23, the Moabite king Balak attempts to have the prophet Balaam curse Israel. Balaam, however, is constrained by God and can only utter blessings. Across three distinct oracles, Balaam declares Israel's unique status as a chosen people, their immense blessing, and their future triumph. Despite Balak's persistent efforts and changes of location, God's unchangeable word prevails, demonstrating His sovereignty over all nations and His unwavering covenant faithfulness to His people.
