Psalms 91:2

²I will say of the LORD, “He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.”b

Psalms 91 is a psalm of profound trust, a lyrical declaration of the safety found in God alone. It opens with the image of dwelling in the shelter of the Most High and moves through a series of promises: deliverance from terror, plague, and harm, with angels guarding the faithful
