Galatians 3:13

¹³But Christ has rescued us from the curse pronounced by the law. When he was hung on the cross, he took upon himself the curse for our wrongdoing. For it is written in the Scriptures, “Cursed is everyone who is hung on a tree.”k

Galatians 3 is the theological heart of Paul's letter, where he confronts the Galatians' drift toward law-keeping with a thunderous appeal to the gospel of grace alone. Paul argues that righteousness comes through faith in Christ, not by works of the law, using Abraham as his primar
