Numbers 24:15-16

¹⁵Then he spoke his oracle-message: Decree of Balaam son of Beor, decree of the man with 20/20 vision,

¹⁶Decree of the man who hears godly speech, who knows what''s going on with the High God, Who sees what The Strong God reveals, who bows in worship and sees what''s real.

In **Numbers 24**, Balaam, despite Balak's persistent attempts to curse Israel, finds himself compelled by the Spirit of God to bless them once again, delivering four profound oracles. These prophecies not only affirm God's unwavering commitment to His people but also look forward to the coming of a powerful king from Israel, a “star” and “scepter” who will conquer its enemies.
