Hosea 7:1

¹כְּרָפְאִי לְיִשְׂרָאֵל, וְנִגְלָה עֲוֹן אֶפְרַיִם וְרָעוֹת שֹׁמְרוֹן, כִּי פָעֲלוּ שָׁקֶר; וְגַנָּב יָבוֹא, פָּשַׁט גְּדוּד בַּחוּץ׃

Hosea 7 continues the Lord's indictment against Israel, shifting from the metaphor of an unfaithful wife to a series of vivid images: a heated oven, a half-baked cake, a senseless dove. The chapter exposes the nation's internal corruption and political instability during the fina
