Exodus 14:13

¹³And Moses said unto the people, Fear ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of the LORD, which he will shew to you to day: for the Egyptians whom ye have seen to day, ye shall see them again no more for ever.a

Exodus 14 recounts the dramatic climax of Israel's liberation from Egypt, as Pharaoh and his army pursue them to the Red Sea. Trapped between the sea and the approaching chariots, the Israelites cry out in fear, but Moses reassures them of God's intervention. The Lord then miraculously parts the Red Sea, allowing Israel to cross on dry ground, before closing the waters over the pursuing Egyptian forces, utterly destroying them. This chapter is a powerful display of God's sovereign power and His faithfulness to His covenant people, establishing His name among both Israel and Egypt.
