Numbers 24:7

⁷He maketh water flow from his buckets, And his seed [is] in many waters; And higher than Agag [is] his king, And exalted is his kingdom.

In **Numbers 24**, Balaam, despite Balak's persistent attempts to curse Israel, finds himself compelled by the Spirit of God to bless them once again, delivering four profound oracles. These prophecies not only affirm God's unwavering commitment to His people but also look forward to the coming of a powerful king from Israel, a “star” and “scepter” who will conquer its enemies.
