Isaiah 63:15

¹⁵Look attentively from the heavens, And see from Thy holy and beauteous habitation, Where [is] Thy zeal and Thy might? The multitude of Thy bowels and Thy mercies Towards me have refrained themselves.

Isaiah 63 opens with one of the most startling images in Scripture: a divine warrior returning from judgment, his garments stained red like those of a winepress worker. The chapter then pivots to a corporate lament, recounting God's past acts of salvation and covenant faithfulness,
