Judges 7:19

¹⁹וַיָּבֹא גִדְעוֹן וּמֵאָה־אִישׁ אֲשֶׁר־אִתּוֹ בִּקְצֵה הַמַּחֲנֶה רֹאשׁ הָאַשְׁמֹרֶת הַתִּיכוֹנָה אַךְ הָקֵם הֵקִימוּ אֶת־הַשֹּׁמְרִים וַיִּתְקְעוּ בַּשּׁוֹפָרוֹת וְנָפוֹץ הַכַּדִּים אֲשֶׁר בְּיָדָם ׃

Judges 7 details Gideon's dramatic reduction of his army from 32,000 to a mere 300 men, a move orchestrated by God to ensure that victory would be clearly attributed to divine power, not human strength. With this small, unconventional force, Gideon launches a surprise night attack against the Midianites, using trumpets, torches, and shouts to create chaos and panic among the enemy. The Midianites, in their confusion, turn on each other, leading to a decisive Israelite victory that highlights God's sovereignty and faithfulness.
