Psalms 37:39

³⁹But the salvation of the righteous is from the LORD. He is their stronghold in the time of trouble.af

Psalm 37 is a wisdom psalm that addresses the perennial tension between the prosperity of the wicked and the suffering of the righteous. David, writing in his old age, counsels against fretting over evildoers, urging trust in the Lord and delight in Him as the path to security. The
