Luke 11:8

⁸I tell you, although he will not rise and give it to him because he is his friend, yet because of his persistence, he will get up and give him as many as he needs.f

Luke 11 opens with Jesus teaching the disciples to pray, giving them what we call the Lord's Prayer. The chapter then moves through a series of confrontations with religious leaders who accuse Jesus of casting out demons by Beelzebul. Jesus responds with sharp logic about divided ki
