Leviticus 26:5-6

⁵Your threshing shall continue until the vintage, and the vintage shall continue until the sowing time. You shall eat your bread to the full, and dwell in your land safely.

⁶“‘I will give peace in the land, and you shall lie down, and no one will make you afraid. I will remove evil animals out of the land, neither shall the sword go through your land.b

Leviticus 26 presents a powerful covenant summary, outlining the blessings for obedience and the curses for disobedience to God's commands. It details how faithfulness to the Mosaic Law would bring prosperity, peace, and God's presence among His people, while rebellion would lead to a devastating series of judgments, including famine, defeat by enemies, exile, and the desolation of the land.
