1 Samuel 7:13

¹³So the Philistines were subdued and didn’t invade Israel again for some time. And throughout Samuel’s lifetime, the Lord’s powerful hand was raised against the Philistines.

In 1 Samuel 7, Israel experiences a profound spiritual revival under Samuel's leadership. After years of Philistine oppression and the Ark's absence, Samuel calls the people to repentance at Mizpah. They confess their sins, remove their idols, and commit to serving the Lord alone. God then intervenes miraculously, throwing the Philistines into confusion and granting Israel a decisive victory.
