Mark 3:35

³⁵For whosoever shall do the will of God, the same is my brother, and my sister, and mother.f

Mark 3 intensifies the conflict surrounding Jesus’ ministry. He heals on the Sabbath, drawing the first explicit plot to kill him. Crowds press in, and Jesus appoints twelve apostles, a symbolic reconstitution of Israel. His family fears he is out of his mind, and scribes accuse him
