1 Samuel 12:18

¹⁸And Samuel cried unto the Lord, and the Lord sent thunder and rain that day.

In 1 Samuel 12, Samuel delivers his farewell address to Israel, reaffirming his integrity as a judge and prophet, and confronting the people for their sin in demanding a king. He calls upon God to send thunder and rain, a miraculous sign that validates his words and demonstrates God's displeasure.
