7καὶ στήσαντες αὐτοὺς ἐν [τῷ] μέσῳ ἐπυνθάνοντο· ἐν ποίᾳ δυνάμει ἢ ἐν ποίῳ ὀνόματι ἐποιήσατε τοῦτο ὑμεῖς;

Acts 4 records the first major collision between the apostolic church and the religious establishment. Peter and John are arrested for proclaiming the resurrection, questioned by the Sanhedrin, and released with a warning. The believers respond not with fear but with bold prayer,
