Luke 12:4

⁴And I say to you, my friends, Have no fear of those who may put the body to death, and are able to do no more than that.c

Luke 12 is a dense collection of Jesus’ teaching on the priority of the kingdom over earthly anxiety. He warns the disciples against the leaven of the Pharisees (hypocrisy), calls them to fearless confession, and tells the parable of the rich fool who stores up treasure for himself
