Luke 12:38

³⁸And if he shall come in the second watch, and if in the third, and find [them] so, blessed are those [servants].

Luke 12 is a dense collection of Jesus’ teaching on the priority of the kingdom over earthly anxiety. He warns the disciples against the leaven of the Pharisees (hypocrisy), calls them to fearless confession, and tells the parable of the rich fool who stores up treasure for himself
