1 Samuel 7:13

¹³And the Philistines were humbled, and they did not come any more into the borders of Israel. And the hand of the Lord was against the Philistines, all the days of Samuel.

In 1 Samuel 7, Israel experiences a profound spiritual revival under Samuel's leadership. After years of Philistine oppression and the Ark's absence, Samuel calls the people to repentance at Mizpah.
